2 parts yerba santa leaves
2 parts sage leaves
1 part ginger root, freshly grated
1 part nettle leaves
1 part peppermint leaves
1/8 part licorice root
- Combine all of the herbs together in a pot and cover with boiling water.
- Stir and let steep for 15-20 minutes
- Sip throughout the day
