This perfect summer time thirst quencher is delicious, sugar-free and is naturally sweetened by the amazing herb, Stevia. Stevia doesn’t interfere with blood sugar regulation so is a great drink for diabetics on the road to healing to enjoy.
Prep time: 5 minutes
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. white stevia powder
4 cups cold water or chilled carbonated water
Top with a sprig of mint
Create your own drink with these snazzy additions
Fresh strawberries or raspberries
Splash to 1/3 c. unsweetened cranberry juice (add more stevia if desired)
Mix in seltzer water for a fizzy drink
Mix the juice and stevia together until the stevia is completely dissolved.
Add chilled water and serve.
